INCIDENTS :

For failing to declare weight in respect of his charge ARTESIA, Tr. Manvendra Singh was fined a sum of Rs. 500/- for the lapse.  The trainer was informed that should he continue to fail in his duty he would be dealt with appropriately.

Jockey Shailesh Shinde, the rider of ACE DANCER which ran detached from the field, reported that his saddle shifted forward approaching the nine furlong marker of the race and as such he was unable to ride his mount to complete advantage.  Tr Patrick Quinn was fined a sum of Rs. 500/- for faulty saddling.  Further, the trainer was informed that on repetition of a similar occurrence he would be dealt with appropriately.
