INCIDENTS :

On arrival at the start, DESERT GOD (David Allan) was examined by the Club’s V.O. and found to be sore from the right fore leg. As such, the colt was certified unfit to race and hence withdrawn on veterinary grounds. DESERT GOD has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.

Soon after the start, BULLRUN (Neeraj Rawal) was tightened as JEFFERSON (P.Trevor) shifted ground inwards and at the same time MOGADISHU (Keanen G.Steyn) shifted outwards.

OXFORD OPINION (A. Sandesh) hung-out throughout the race in spite of the Jockey’s effort and while negotiating the bend drifted further out and finished the race along the outer rails. Trainer S. Ganapathy has been asked to show the colt in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting to race.

MOGADISHU (Keanen G. Steyn) lugged out in the straight. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.

After the race, OXFORD OPINION was found to be sound, but having a wolf tooth on the right side. Trainer S.Ganapathy has been asked to take remedial measures.
